What are your habits?

Empowering habits, any kind of habit, are like sewing a strand with a thread. The first day you do it, the first time you do it, it’s just a thin thread, and the habits can be easily broken. The more and more you do it, it’s like sewing another thread into this until, over a lifetime, habits become a really strong cable that can’t be broken.

We first make our habits, then our habits make us. We want to be sure that the things that we’re doing day in and day out are going to lead to places we want to go. We’re binding ourselves to people, activities, and behaviors. We want to besure that they are nurturing. Start to look at your habits.

What are your top three habits? I don’t mean your top three best habits; I mean what are the top three habits that you’re spending the most time on? There doesn’t have to be judgment, but start to become aware. (If you want to).
