Knowing others is cleverness. Knowing oneself is enlightenment.
To overcome another takes power.
To overcome one’s self takes honesty.
Contentment comes when you know You have enough.
Adhering to the Way
Means staying in the center.
Know yourself, be content, And stay in the center.
Absorb the energy of the outer universe, mix it with the energy of the inner universe and the earth in your lower abdomen. The energy of nature will nourish your vital organs.
