Slapping Organs, Shoulder Loosening

‘Ringing the Temple Gong’ is an exercise where he practitioner turns side to side and slaps or hits organs and meridians to awaken their energy and to break up stagnation. We can practice it by slapping the navel area and the point between the kidneys simultaneously (with different hands). We can also slap other combinations of organs, just play with it and see what you like.

This movement really helps when my shoulders are tight

This is a simple exercise for loosening the tendons and ligaments of the shoulders. With one leg forward, try to circle the arm, with the palm up as the hand goes up. Slowly rotate the arm around to the starting point. Try this 10-20 times on each side slowly.
