Confidence and courage are contagious, but so are lack of confidence and fear. If we believe that we are like a tuning fork, and we’re nervous, anxious, afraid, or angry, then that feeling resonates out to the rest of the folks in the immediate environment.
However, we’re calm, relaxed, and centered from a meditation routine/ritual, then those qualities are the frequency with which our tuning fork energy bodies will vibrate.
We don’t meditate to get good at meditation, we meditate to get good at life.
If we can find stillness in a ten minute meditation practice, then it’ll slowly start to impact other areas of life.
