Microcosmic Orbit: balancing the hot and cold of the body, filling the two main channels with energy, positively activating the organ’s mu/shu points (alarm and associated points)
Self Massage: bringing awareness into the body, activating rejuvenation points, warming energy channels of the extremities, cleaning and clearing the organs through massage
