Taoist Yoga: Hip opening, psoas stretching, lower lymphatic flushing, ring muscle toning, full body breathing

Inner Smile: Gratitude, presence, embodied mindfulness, organ-virtue programming, moving energy from the head to the body

Healing Sounds: Releasing stuck heat or cold, shifting stick emotional patterns, stretching and cleaning the organ-related meridians 

Microcosmic Orbit: balancing the hot and cold of the body, filling the two main channels with energy, positively activating the organ’s mu/shu points (alarm and associated points)

Self Massage: bringing awareness into the body, activating rejuvenation points, warming energy channels of the extremities, cleaning and clearing the organs through massage
