Warm the Stove
This exercise focuses on building and storing energy in the lower abdomen. This is the area where most of the vital organs inhabit. Storing energy here can nourish the entire body. These practices can help the reader regain this lost energy. Once it flows back in their bodies, it can support the numerous biological and psychological functions of all the organs.
As the picture shows, the palm of one hand faces the navel. The back of the opposite hand rests against the lower back. The hands massage the abdomen in the front and the back. This warms up the abdomen and brings energy into this area for health and healing.
