The Six Healing Sounds is a Taoist meditative practice that uses specific vocalized sounds to clear stagnant energy, regulate emotions, and promote organ health. How to Practice

1. Sit or stand comfortably with deep, relaxed breathing.

2. Inhale through the nose, focusing on the organ you wish to heal and its color. 

3. Exhale slowly while vocalizing the corresponding sound, visualizing stagnant energy releasing.

4. Repeat 3, 6, or 9 times per sound, moving through the full sequence.
