The Knees Hold Toxins

The Knees Hold Toxins

The legs can have poor circulation because of gravity and compounded by time spent sitting in chairs. Behind the knee can hold toxins and stagnant energy. Slapping at the back of the knees can break up these toxins.

Massaging behind and at the sides of the knees can stimulate energy flow in the knees and lower extremities. Once toxins are broken free and moving, they can be eliminated through the urinary bladder, large intestine, or the sweat glands.

We can also stimulate circulation by massaging the feet, ankles, and toes. Slapping the feet at the Kidney-1 point (at the balls of the feet), squeezing and pulling the toes can bring energy and blood to the lower extremities.
