Simplicity, The Second Brocade

“Yes, I’m truly a fool
Living among trees and plants.
Please don’t question me about illusion and enlightenment —

I wade across streams with bony legs,
And carry a bag about in fine spring weather.

With the hands clasped at the bottom corner of the large intestine, turn the head to look at the opposite diagonal. The pressure of the hands simulate and detoxifies the organs of the abdomen. The turning of the head stretches the cervical spine, shoulders, and lengthens the spinal column. Try 24 times on one side and switch to the other side; switching hands and direction of neck stretching.
