Simple Stretching for Self-Care

Stretching doesn’t have to be complicated or painful to be very effective for the internal organs (#1), the spine (#2), and the major joints (#3). Five minutes of stretching everyday goes a long way!

This stretching combination is great for the spine and front of the body.  It’s yin/yang of opening and closing the body.  Someday I hope mine look like these!
