Relax the Waist
It is said the lower abdomen is the well spring of vital energy in the body.
The lower abdomen also directs the body, as all the movements originate here. If this area is relaxed and loosened, the legs will be stable and can transfer strength and power to the movements of the body. Changes in full and empty derive from the moving of the waist.

If power is lacking in movements, look at the state of relaxation or tenseness in the abdomen, waist, and legs. If you can relax the abdoment correctly, the feet will have power, and the connection to the earth will be stable.
