Practice Being Embodied

Through practicing the meditation of the Microcosmic Orbit, you will develop a vivid kinesthetic familiarity with all the acupressure points on the spine and the front, center line of the body. These points are outside the scope of most people’s normal body awareness.

When this orbit, or loop of energy is flowing strong, like a river after a big rain, health and vitality are abundant. Through practice, you will not only improve your mechanical sense of these points, but you will be aware of the degree of energy flowing through them as well. This creates an awareness that will help you accurately check and adjust your alignment through everyday movements.
