The laughing baby exercise is great for the lymphatic system, the spine, circulation of blood and energy, and detoxifying the extremities. Start with one minute and slowly, over weeks, work up to four minutes.

It is incredibly simple, but profound. One lays on their back with the arms and legs in the air. Shake the hands and feet, arms and legs with the movement originating from the belly and lower back.

The shaking loosens up toxins and trapped heat or cold. The posture allows energy and fluid to flow down toward the vital organs where it can be integrated into the rest of the body. Here, waste can be removed and the joints can find relief. Try it!
