Focusing the energy of gratitude and positive awareness here sparks vitality into the ovaries, uterus, and vagina.
Men can gather energy at a point known as the Sperm Palace, located just above the base of the penis near the pubic bone. Growing energy here sparks vitality in the prostate gland, testicles, and seminal vesicles. Thank these parts of your anatomy for making hormones and giving us creative energy.
