If your strength and vitality are lacking, it is because you moved from the Tao—not because the Tao has moved from you. 

Awaken with the rising sun, retire with the setting sun. Plan larger goals around the seasons. Eat simply, drink sparingly, work honestly, and play often.

For better results, meditate daily, study and ingest health-giving herbs, and conserve, build, and circulate vital energy.
