Bone Breathing and Marrow Awakening

Open the bones in meditation and bring awareness to one of the most compact parts of our body. If chi Energy through concentration causes more aliveness in the bone marrow, it can decrease the work of the heart.

In your standing meditation, feel energy breathe in and out of the bones of the fingers. As awareness increases in the fingers, move the feeling into the bones of the wrists, arms, torso, hips, legs, etc. by Bringing aliveness and attention into the bones, the marrow begins to respond positively. This practice is known as “washing the bone marrow.”
