At the End of a Meditation
- After a meditation, whether you’ve focused on smiling to organs, activating energy channels, rejuvenating glands, or another method, it’s highly recommended to bring the energy to the navel. By guiding energy to return to the area behind the navel and in front of the kidneys, it helps to recharge your overall life force. One can spiral the energy at the navel and kidneys through self-massage or the power of the mind.
- After gathering energy in the lower abdomen, rest and enjoy the peaceful feeling from your meditation. Feel the spaciousness inside your body, feel the quiet inside your mind, and feel the clarity that arrives with lessened physical and mental tensions.
- Practice Chi Self-Massage on the face, the throat, the head, and pat the bones.
- Stay connected with this feeling of peace as you go about your day. If you feel stressed or tired, remember this feeling and return to it with your breath. With regular practice, it becomes easier to you to return to this pleasant feeling throughout the day.
