Close your mouth; Turn your ears inward.
Soften your sharp edges, Untie the knots in your belly and your soul.
Allow your eyes to receive, Let your body sit still. Unite into one whole.
Shaking the Body
Stagnate and dis-ease.
Shake loose stuck patterns and thoughts. Water moves, chi flows
