Self Massage: Exercises for Rejuvenation

Massage the balls of the feet at the beginning of the kidney meridian, then stroke the inside of the legs up toward the torso along the kidney meridian.

Massage the abdomen in a circular fashion, then trace the path of the large intestine to the end of the index finger. It helps to eliminate intestinal gas and excess heat.
