56. Let Your Body Be Still

If you know, you don’t speak.
If you speak, you don’t know.

Close your mouth;
Turn your ears inward.
Soften your sharp edges.
Untangle the knots in your belly.

Allow your eyes to receive,
Let your body sit still.
Unite into one whole.
