Do the Tao to Learn It
When people lose their sense of awe, Science explains the five sense world.
When they don’t know how to care for themselves, They turn to doctors to tell them how to act.
The sage observes from a distance. He doesn’t meddle in peoples affairs.
Yet, like the eternal Tao, he teaches by example. To learn it, they simply have to do it.

This image refers to body alignment for the incoming forces in martial arts. However, a steady structure and strong posture is just as helpful for the forces of stress and disease in everyday life. Practice conscious movement and meditation a little each day and the rest of life will probably get easier to handle.
